Terms of Service
The rules for using TattooVerseCo: what the platform is, what it is not, and what you agree to when you sign up.
Last updated Sep 14, 2026
Scope
These terms govern your use of the TattooVerseCo platform. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. How your personal data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
What the platform is
TattooVerseCo is a place to meet. We do not provide the tattooing itself: that service is agreed between the client and the artist or studio, and we are not a party to it. The same holds for chair rental, guest spots and job listings — the agreement is between whoever posted and whoever answered.
Profiles, listings and requests are created by users. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, that an artist is competent, or that a studio is suitable. You need to make your own assessment before you work with someone.
Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens through your account. Tell us if you notice unauthorised use.
A single account can hold more than one role — artist, studio, client, supplier. Each role has its own profile and its own visibility.
What is not allowed
- Passing yourself off as another person, business or practice.
- Publishing images that are not yours as if they were your work.
- Posting unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harassing content.
- Using the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages or to harvest user data.
- Trying to get around access rules, scraping with automated tools, or attempting to disrupt the service.
- Using, copying or passing on private content another user shared — body photographs in particular — for anything other than the purpose it was shared for.
Content you upload
The images you upload and the text you write remain yours. You give us a limited permission to display and store them on the platform and to make the technical transformations needed to do so (resizing, caching). That permission exists only to run the service; we do not use your content for anything else.
By uploading, you confirm that you hold the rights needed for that content. If you upload someone else’s photograph or design without permission, the responsibility is yours.
Requests and quotes
When you publish a request, professionals on the platform can see it and send you a quote, according to the visibility you chose. The images attached to a request are not public; they are shown to the relevant parties only, through short-lived links.
Accepting a quote binds you and the other party, but payment, cancellation and refund terms are between you — the platform is not a party to them.
Fees
Using the platform is free today, and there is no payment facility. If a paid feature is introduced, its terms will be announced before they apply.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may ask for your account to be closed at any time.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will run uninterrupted or free of faults.
Changes
When these terms change, the effective date at the top of the page is updated. The consent you gave at sign-up counts as given to the text in force that day; we will tell you separately when a change matters to you.
Governing law
The law that applies to disputes arising from these terms, and the competent forum, will be stated below.
